Denham is located 871 kilometres north of Perth. Monkey Mia is another 24 kilomtres further. Kalbarri is 376 kilometres to the south.

From Perth - traveling time by car is approximately 10 to 11 hours. If traveling by airline

The drive to Denham and Monkey Mia passes through an outback type red earth, treed landscape. Approaching the turn off from the main highway to Denham and Monkey Mia is the Overlander Road House where fuel is available and is a good place to take a break before continuing. Travelling from there to Denham various interesting landscapes and locations are available to visit on the way, including Shell Beach, Hamelin Pool Stromatolites, Old Historic Telegraph Station or you may wish to get settled at you accommodation and take in some of these sights on a tour or later at your convenience.
