Ningaloo Reef, Exmouth and Coral Bay - Getting There

Exmouth is located at the northern end of the famous Ningaloo Reef on the tip of the North West Cape of Western Australia, 1,270 kilometres north of Perth. Exmouth is considered the northern gateway with easy sealed road access to where the Cape Range National Park meets the Ningaloo Reef Marine Park on the western side of the cape. Coral Bay is situated 1132kms north of Perth and is 153 kms south of Exmouth. Coral Bay is the southern gateway to the 260 kilometre long Ningaloo Reef. From Perth - traveling time by car is approximately 13 to 14 hours. If traveling by airline (under 3 hours) or by bus (14hours). The drive to Exmouth and Coral Bay is best undertaken in stages, visiting any of the destinations of Geraldton, Kalbarri, Denham, Monkey Mia and Carnarvon or any other places of interest that attract your attention.
